Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Brand awareness, positioning, style & mascot.
- Competitor and market research and analysis, competitor profiles.
- Advertising opportunities.
- Creation of marketing campaigns. Business campaigns.
- Annual & Quarterly Marketing Plan. Monthly reports with MKT KPI
- All types of Communication: external - with current clients, and promotional campaigns for potential customers, community relations, press releases; internal – with the team, freelancers, interpreters & translators.
- Creation and gathering of ideas for the posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Creation of texts for the post, including a selection of hashtags. Supervising comments and messages. Controlling the analytics.
- Research on new social media platforms (Gab, Rumble, Parler).
- Creation of the blog articles (finding the ideas, writing articles with SEO requirements (finding the information online, conducting the interviews with employees, gathering different types of information from the team with the help of questionnaires or personal communication), creation of pictures or infographics for it, publishing on the website, and sharing it on social media as a posting with exclusive text, link, and picture).
- Updating the website pages with new text and pictures, and infographics with SEO requirements.
- SEO Strategies and Ongoing Action Plan.
- Landing Pages for Services Overview.
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s/comparable degree (not mandatory but preferred).
- Experience in the interpretation and translation industry is a plus.
