Sales Representative

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

The Sales Representative candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities to develop profitable and enduring business relationships with new and existing clients. She/He will also manage the lifecycle and growth of contracts in over 200 languages for the following services: over-the-phone interpreting, video remote interpreting, on-site interpreting (including American Sign Language), translation, transcription, subtitling, others. You must be comfortable and effective with prospecting, telephonic outreach, and personal meetings over video, phone and in person. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our services in a compelling way.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentations for executive level presentation
  • Analize the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Stablish strong, long-term client relationships
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and month and annual territory analyses
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Encourage Customers to Upgrade or add new products
  • Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams/departments
  • Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
  • Monitor sales performance metrics
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Improve onboarding process
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings, sales calls and prepare RFP responses
  • Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture

Professional Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a growing environment
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Reach out to customer leads through emails and cold calling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized and multi-task
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being met
  • Proficiency in Sales CRM software, reporting. Monday software is a plus

Language Requirements: Fluent in written and spoken English.
