Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating a positive and supportive work environment.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Monitoring, guiding, and leading the Human Resources Department, related processes, tasks, and overall administration.

- Ensuring Human Resources department compliance with all company policies.

- Working in coordination with the different departments of the company to set and achieve department and company goals.

- Identifying process gaps and providing solutions.

- Identifying and addressing employees’ requirements i.e., performance, training, development plans, and similar.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate culture, values, and mission.

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in human resources, and talent management


Professional Qualifications and Experience

- At least two years of relevant experience in Human Resources positions or other leading positions.

- Wide knowledge of Freshteams, which is an integrated system that allows keeping track of candidates’ and employees’ information, monitoring KPIs and managing employees.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, a business-oriented APP that allows real-time collaboration and communication, also helps organize meetings through audio, and video; allows organizing data, and so on.

- Knowledge of Microsoft.

- Excellent coordination and time management skills.

- Preeminent English Language skills, written and verbal communication.

- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

- Superb leadership skills.

- Attention to detail abilities.

- Outstanding communication skills.
