We are looking for a Customer Success Manager!

Role Overview: The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying key customers, analyzing their needs, and maximizing revenue and profitability. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, fostering long-term client relationships, suggesting solutions, encouraging product upgrades, resolving issues, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This role involves proactive business development, goal tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budgets and prepare reports, forecasts, and business plans
  • Manage key accounts portfolio, fostering strong, long-term relationships
  • Propose solutions to meet client needs and encourage product upgrades
  • Handle complaints and problems effectively, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Identify and approach potential strategic customers
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to sales goals achievement
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Procurement
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings, calls, and prepare RFP responses
  • Proactively learn about clients' industries, business needs, and cultures
  • Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
  • Improve onboarding processes to enhance customer experience
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1-3 years of progressive sales experience within translation/interpretation services
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Professional writing skills for Proposals, RFPs, Quotes, and Customer Communication
  • People management and leadership skills
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Key account and sales management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Communications or Marketing degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in Sales CRM software; experience with Monday software is a plus
